DBC
Medical was established in 2001 by prominent Irish
Physiotherapist Liam Heavin (click
here to view profile).
The goal of the company was to establish a network
of highly specialised stand-alone medical-rehabilitation
clinics, in addition to operating the physiotherapy
departments of private hospitals on an Outsourced
or Joint-Venture basis. The company has developed
significantly since its inception, & now operates
on several levels from clinic operation, to solution
provider, consulting & outsourcing for public
& private healthcare.
DBC
Medical is the licence holder and network operator
of the DBC concept on the Island of Ireland, &
is currently entering a growth phase, with a network
of 10 DBC clinics planned for the next 5 years.
These clinics will operate partly as stand-alone
centres, in addition to the larger centres of
excellence in market leading Private Hospitals.
