DBC
is a system that was originally developed in Scandinavia
over 15 years ago. A group of Finland's most respected
scientists & medical doctors came together
to investigate a means of accuratly assessing
physical injuries in order to firstly classify
them, & then develop treatments highly specific
to each injury. To this end, a series of very
specialised medical devices were developed to
assist in the assessment process. |

The
process is simple: |
|
|
First
the patient undergoes a very accurate assessment.
The assessment includes measurement with the
DBC devices which provide facts & figures
on the injury, and defines the extent of the
problem. |
|
|
All
the patient's information is then entered into
our DBC software, which compares each patient's
findings with normal, and together with the
DBC physiotherapist, puts together a treatment
plan. Treatment is set in 6 week modules. |

Following
the Rehabilitation Program, an Outcome Assessment
is carried out to examine the level of improvement,
& plan a long-term maintainance program
to insure the patient's pain does not return. |
